Is the quote really free, and will the price change later?

Yes, free — and the written price is the price for the written scope. The only way a number changes is if the scope changes: you add rooms, or we uncover something unforeseeable (like rotted fascia under old paint). Either way, you get a call that day with a priced option before any extra work happens. Extra charges never just appear on the invoice.

Do I need to be home while you paint?

Your call. Plenty of clients head to work and come home to painted rooms. We agree on access up front, the same crew is there every day, and the site is left clean and safe each evening — no open paint, no blocked exits.

How do you protect my furniture and floors?

First hour of every interior day is protection: furniture shifted and covered, floors masked, outlets and fixtures taped, plastic barriers if we're sanding near rooms in use. Outside, that means windows masked, fixtures bagged, and landscaping and pool decks covered before the first drop of paint.

How many coats do you apply?

Two full coats on every color change, no exceptions — one coat over a different color always ghosts through in Henderson's strong light. Same-color refreshes sometimes cover in one careful coat, and if that's honestly the case, we quote it that way and you pay less.

Can you handle my HOA's color rules?

Yes. Matching your existing approved scheme usually needs no approval at all; changing colors usually does. We'll tell you which situation you're in before the job starts, match approved colors exactly, and keep the architectural committee letter off your door.

How long will my project take?

Typical single rooms: a day, including prep and two coats. Whole-home interiors: usually under a week, sequenced so bedrooms and kitchen stay usable. Full exteriors: several days depending on size and how much stucco and fascia repair the prep turns up. You get real dates with the quote, and a call the moment anything shifts.

What happens if I find a problem after you're 'done'?

That's what the walk-through is for — we go wall by wall with you in daylight, and anything that's not right gets fixed before we ask for the final balance. If you spot something after we've left anyway, call. We're local, we're not hard to find, and coming back to make it right is part of the job.

Do you use low-odor paint? We have kids / we're sensitive to fumes.

Yes — low-VOC, low-odor paints are our standard for occupied homes, and rooms are typically back in normal use the same day. In Sun City Anthem this is simply how every job runs, along with strictly daytime hours.

When should I repaint my exterior?

Rub a hand on the stucco: chalky residue means the coating is done protecting the house. Visible fading, hairline crack webbing on the sunny walls, or peeling fascia say the same. Most Henderson exteriors need repainting every 8–12 years, and the 1990s homes in Green Valley and Whitney Ranch are often a cycle overdue.

How do payments work?

A deposit to hold your dates, and the balance only after you've walked the finished job with us and you're satisfied. That order is deliberate — you hold the leverage until the work is right.
